Cay and team are a pleasure to work with. Very conscientious and detail oriented. They will not give up until you find the home of your dreams. Cay's value really shined once we were in a negotiation and in escrow. He was fully engaged though the entire process. He brought forward many referrals of inspectors, lenders, and contractors so that we could immediately get the improvements started without having to find and vet new relationships. After close of escrow Cay was out many times to ensure his contractor referrals where giving us their full attention.
