About Cavan Dettman

Cavan Dettman has been around Real Estate transactions his whole life. His father started in 1965, founding Dettman Properties, developing, investing, and managing commercial properties in South Florida and his brother Derek runs his own brokerage in Wilton Manors. Cavan has lived in South Florida all his life (excluding 3 years in Tallahassee) and having lived in Lauderdale by the Sea, Boca Raton, Las Olas, Rio Vista, Wilton Manors, and now Pompano Beach, he is extremely familiar with everything that's around town and where your ideal location may just be. He's constantly educating and familiarizing himself with the Real Estate process. He likes to stay positive, friendly, and as helpful as possible during and after the transaction of your next home. Whether it's helping you move in, finding the right interior designer or even simply recommending the right places for dates and good fun around town, Cavan is more than willing to help.
