Catina is a professional, plain and simple, throughout the entire process. At the start of the process she is very knowledgeable about the local area and takes the time to understand what you are looking for. Later on in the process, she takes the time to explain concepts and makes things easy for you by updating with tasks needing to be done, documents to sign, letting you know what you need to think through, etc. Being a full time real estate professional, she plans accordingly, handling the scheduling, making sure everything is completed at the right time and being there to help explain anything throughout the process.
