Catina is very knowledgeable about the city as well as the mortgage process itself. She listened to to what I had to say and was able to provide great feedback to make sure that I was able to get my home. Catina guided me through the entire process. Between her and my best friend, they would tell me areas where I should look based on what I wanted. I appreciate that she thoroughly reviewed the inspection report with me. She was able to confirm my thoughts as to what I thought needed to be taken care of by the buyer. Not only is Catina knowledgeable, but she is a professional and a kind-hearted individual. Catina was wonderful about explaining exactly what was happening, or needed to happen, at every stage of the contract from offer through sale. Catina was patient with our questions, always available to talk and show houses, and offered wonderful, non-judgemental advice, something we truly appreciated. We are extremely happy with the home we found, and I know we wouldn't have found a house as nice, or one that we are as happy with, without Catina's help and professionalism. Furthermore, the services (bank, inspections, etc) that Catina recommends are extremely professional, fairly priced, and just kind people. At no point did we feel any pressure -- only support -- but I think it worth mentioning that not only is Catina a great real estate agent, but also has strong relationships with a network of other honest professionals. This is useful to anyone, but particularly when you are new to the area and don't have strong local connections. We feel very lucky to have found her, and truly could not be happier to have had her help finding such a nice home.
