We loved Cathy and are having her help us sell our home now we got our new home. She made herself available at all hours especially when we had concerns. When I decided to relocate from Hawaii to Arizona I assumed there would be some extra challenges being divided by 3000 miles and 3 time zones.I contacted Cathy and flew up to meet her and look at 3 houses. It was quite obvious she knew houses, Southeast Arizona and the real estate business. Once I chose the house she did the rest I know how much effort it takes to make something as complicated as buying a house look effortless. She negotiated all the details, hired excellent inspectors, and worked with the title company to successfully close on the exact target date that she had given me.
