I was introduced to Cathy through my lender. Right off the bat I felt that we clicked. Shes a long time local and knows the area very well. She checked in with me almost daily. We looked at 3 properties and I found my house. From the first moment I spoke with her to today, she continues to check in on us. She always answered calls and texts immediately. We loved Cathy and are having her help us sell our home now we got our new home. She made herself available at all hours especially when we had concerns. She made sure all deadlines were met and kept on top of everything so we had little to worry about and it was smooth sailing. He and her husband are a amazing team and they helped us with all aspects of the buying process including making sure we knew when homes came on the market that were what would fit our family. We had lost many homes to other people we worked with not keeping us updated on homes and also giving us homes that were not what we were looking for or too small. We loved that they treated us like family and put in 110% into helping us get our dream home. She also helped us get workers so we could get our home ready to move in which has meant the world to us. On a one to ten score she gets 15. AMAZING is not even close to how well she did for us. After 11 months with another company and no sales.. we decided to sign with Cathy. I have bought and sold a good number of houses in my time and had dealings with a great number of realtors. In my opinion Cathy has to be one of the most if not the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with. When she is unable to answer her phone she returns calls within minutes. Always keeps you up to date with whats going on with your listing. I cant say enough good things about Cathy. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone buying or selling property.
