Impeccable taste - Cathy told us exactly how to "stage" our house. We followed her advice to the letter, and thanks to her, our house looked fantastic. We had a hugely successful open house which led to quick offers and closing. Team builder - Cathy is so well-connected that she knows someone who can solve any problem. Her choice of videographer/photographer for our listing is a perfect example. His excellent work is one of the reasons our house sold so quickly.
