Kathy did an extremely marvelous job helping us purchase our home. We called over a half a dozen realtors in the Grand Rapids area, wanting to rent a home and Kathy was the only person that called us back and she called us back promptly. She explained in greet detail the difference between renting a home and buying a home, but we never thought that we would be able to purchase a home with this economy. We decided to purchase a home and Kathy looked terribly and finding something that would fit our needs in our budget. After looking at several homes every weekend for over a month, she found us the perfect home and after we decided to purchase it, she went way beyond what we expected a realtor to do for us. There were several bumps in the road with getting our loan approved, but Kathy worked with the lending agency she put us with and together she helped us work out all of the indifferences that kept popping up week after week. When it seem like this was going to be an impossible purchase and all of the ads were stacked against us even everyone we knew told us that it would never happen, Kathy told us not to ever give up and she was on a mission to work with the lender to make sure we were able to purchase our dream home. It seemed as if this would never happen, but in the end, we got the great news that we were approved and we were ready for a closing. I would highly recommend Kathy Miller to anyone looking for a dream home as she was the person that would not give up or let us get discouraged. I cant thank Kathy enough for all the hard work she has done, and even after the closing has helped us find people in the area that could help us with every field of work we were looking for. We want to thank Kathy from the bottom of our hearts, and we have made a friend for life with her. ??
