Cathy was always on top of everything that needed to be done, and kept the process moving quickly so we were able to move into our new home before my maternity leave was over. She was kind enough to educate us throughout the process - we learned so much from her! Cathy also gave us wonderful recommendations for companies to work with when we wanted to have some repairs done on our new home. She took such excellent care of us; we feel so lucky to have found her!

No matter the day or time, Cathy was a single text or call away. There was never an instance where we had to figure out an available time, Cathy was on the ball and ready to go 24/7. When we finally discovered the house I wanted, she found each and every article of information about the house that she could. As we began negotiations, there were some bumps in the road with the house, but that didn't stop Cathy from pushing for the best for me.
