Cathy Galloway

Cathy has been awarded for being "One of the top 10 Agents" throughout the Midwest, for selling the properties she was marketing. Since her affiliation with RE/MAX, she continues to be one of the top producers in Hillsdale County, the state and the nation. Each year she has ben a member of the elite RE/MAX "100% Club". In 2002, she entered the prestigious RE/MAX "Hall of Fame" for her real estate accomplishments. While enjoying selling real estate, Cathy was selected twice for the "Hillsdale County People's Choice Award". She was named the "Woman of the Year" by the Hillsdale Business and Professional Women's Organization. She has also been selected as the "Hillsdale County Realtor of the Year". In December 2012, Cathy received the "Hillsdale County Life Time Achievement Award" for her real estate accomplishments and community involvement, presented by the Hillsdale County Board of Realtors. Recently, Cathy was awarded the "2015 RE/MAX International Life Time Achievement Award". In 2009, Cathy expanded her education to become a Certified Distress Property Expert, specializing in assisting families experiencing financial hardship[ making their home mortgage payment or assisting the family with the sort sale process with their financial institution. For the past eight years Cathy has owned and managed Max/Way Property Management Company, locating tenants for property owners and managing the property for the owners. Since Cathy purchased the RE/MAX franchise in 1995, RE/MAX Preferred Realty has been one of the top producing real estate companies in Hillsdale County. Re/MAX was also selected as "Hillsdale County's People's Choice for Real Estate Companies".
