My wife and I really enjoyed working with Kyle. She was very professional and helpful at every step of the way, answering our questions and giving her advice. She responded quickly and followed up with the other parties often to make sure the process was moving forward. She seemed to be genuinely interested in getting us the house we were looking for instead of just itching to get a sale. When some issues came up in the process she quickly updated us and helped us through them. She made the home buying process, which is inherently pretty awful and stressful, as easy as it could be.Hopefully I won't need to move for a very long time, but I would happily use Kyle again, and refer her to anyone looking.

Kyle Durni was highly recommended by a couple of professionals who are familiar with hundreds of area realtors. Kyle presented the best plan and had all the right answers when I interviewed realtors for my first home sale. Kyle provided excellent recommendations and accurate experience based expectations along the whole process. To steer everything in the right direction Kyle was present in person for all on site appointments, inspections, appraisals, etc. Kyle communicates well and notified status at each and every step. Next time I need a realtor, my choice will be easy.
