Cathy Armstrong

I am a licensed broker in Tennessee and Virginia. I hold numerous designations to assist buyers and sellers in todays market. Designations include the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist), CRB (Certified Residential Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-Pro (Internet Professional), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I have owned my company for 7 years. I am very proud to say that we have never been affiliated with a franchise and have consistantly been top producers in our market. I only have full time agents in my office and each of my agents holds at least one designation. In addition to being a full time realtor and broker, I also am priviledged to serve Sullivan County as a County Commissioner representing District 2 in Bristol. I was elected in 2006 for a 4 year term. In addition to political office, I have held numerous positions in two local boards, servicing as president of our MLS in 2007. I am very active in the local community and love living in the best part of the United States right here in East Tennessee.
