I specialize in Marco Island and Naples. I am a Certified Marco Island Specialist by the Marco Island Board of Realtors. Marco Island is very specialized so be sure to choose an agent that actually lives on the island and belongs to the Marco Island Board.
SELLERS: If you read my reviews you will know that I very thoroughly market my listings starting with "staging" and suggestions to get the most money for your property. I then show the property in the best possible way with great photography, REAL virtual tours (not just bigger photographs), video, a great write-up describing your property and then post on dozens of websites and Facebook. I also advertise in the local newspapers and magazines. I am a member of the exclusive KW Luxury division which requires an agent to list and sell multiple listings each year with a sale price over $1M. The Luxury division has its own magazine and web sites that are internationally distributed. KW agents sell more luxury houses that any other company with over $33.5 Billion in 2020! I also do open houses and make sure it is on the office and board tours. I aggressively promote to my fellow Realtors because they cannot sell what they do not know about!
BUYERS: I am specialized buyers agent and therefore I look out for your best interest. If you are out-of-state, I will video or FaceTime the properties you are interested in to help you decide what you want to see.
I continuously watch the MLS and other lesser known sites to be one of the first to know of a good buy. I love a bargain! Once I help you decide on an area in Marco Island and Naples, I take a great deal of time to research and make sure I get you the best deal possible.
Read my reviews below and you will see I am not a high pressure salesperson and I really do care that my client finds the perfect home. If you are not quite ready I realize that it may take you a year or more before you are ready. It is smart to start your research now although I should add that prices in some areas of Naples and Marco Island on the rise.
