Cathie was super helpful, very knowledgeable about the real estate industry and home buying process. Knowing how quick homes sell, she always made herself available so we could see houses asap, often times driving all over town for multiple showings. Even with gas prices soaring, she never complained once. She pointed out things in the home we should be weary of, and educated us of what to look for. She never once pressured me to buy. She kept me posted on where we were with bids or with other agents. She had a helpful list of things to do to get our bid accepted and guided us in providing the best offers. On top of all that, she helped with closing cost and the lender she put us in contact with ended up giving us the best rate and deal. Cathie rarely took a day off, often working late at night and during the weekends. I would definitely recommend Cathie. I can't say enough good things about her.

Cathie was so helpful and amazing!! After seeing how caring she was of her clients, I reached out to her to get an idea on selling our home. Cathie VanWert is amazing! I was very nervous about buying a home given the current crazy state of the market, but everything she did gave me reassurance that we would find the right home for me. With some houses on and off the market in 48 hours, she was able to get a showing time, tour the house, look at comparable sales, and submit an offer with time to spare. Cathie was always quick to respond to my questions, had a deep understanding of the east valley market, and made me feel comfortable in each step of the home buying process.
