1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
If you intend to finance any portion of your purchase, we recommend obtaining a letter of loan pre-approval before beginning your property search. Conventional mortgage interest rates fluctuate, and can only be locked to a specific property once your offer has been accepted. Completing the pre-approval process will give you a better sense of your monthly payment, and can also inform the specific price range for your property search.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
“You never get a second chance to make a first impression” is our philosophy in preparing a property for the market. This may entail proactively gathering documentation, addressing deferred maintenance issues, or making recommended staging adjustments in advance of our professional photography and video shoot.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Before obtaining his broker’s license, Graham Thomas served as John L. Scott’s Regional Marketing Director for Southern Oregon, working directly with 150 agents between offices in Ashland and Medford. In 2016, Graham was endorsed by Howard Chung (VP, John L. Scott) for ‘his targeted, measurable, and results-oriented online advertising that allowed agents in Southern Oregon to achieve over 70,000 mobile app downloads in less than 6 months.’ Graham received the “Jimmy Deloretto Innovator Award” from John L.
