Catherine German was seller's agent. My husband and I were the buyer. We lived out of state and bought without seeing the property in person. We only had internet real estate sites to go by. The pictures she displayed were never updated. We saw pictures of updated stainless steel refrigerator. When we arrived, it had been replaced with an old white refrigerator with door handle on the wrong side. We saw pictures of front gate. When we arrived gate had been removed and no hardware left to put it back up. She should have included a disclaimer that what you see is not necessarily what you will get. Realtors on Zillow and other internet realty sites, should be required to update photos often or whenever there is a change. Would never trust or use her should we sell.
