I have been in the Real Estate Industry since late 1999. I began as a loan officer specializing in FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional lending. I believe this gives me an advantage because I have worked on the lending side of the transaction. Finding the home of your dreams is only half of the race. My understanding of the mortgage process and qualifications helps to make for a smoother transaction. I received my SC Real Estate license in 2007. I was born and raised in the Carolinas. I graduated from Rock Hill High School and joined the US Navy where I proudly served onboard the USS Samuel Gompers AD-37. After my discharge from service I came back home to raise my family. I have watched the areas of Rock Hill, York, Fort Mill and surrounding areas grow and develop. As your local Real Estate agent, I am more than familiar with the market conditions, trends, and current real estate opportunities. In 2020 I decided to start a team because I wanted to be more available for my clients. I feel strongly that this sets Chapman & Co. apart from other local agents in my area. In 2021 I was hospitalized and almost died with Covid-19/ Delta variant. My team was able to pick up and work all of my transactions.
