I am not one to write reviews, but Catherine was so great to work with I had to write her a one. I have had good experiences working with a few different agents, but Catherine was by far the best. After searching for a home on my own with no luck for a few months I went to Catherine. I thought that I knew the area well, but Catherine was able to find my family the perfect house right away. Her negotiation skills are top-notch and knows how to get you a deal. She stayed on top of things through the purchasing process and did not miss a thing. She has great connections to a local bank and escrow office. I purchased my home on a contingency to sell my previous home that was in a different county. The closing of the home I was selling got held up so we all thought it would delay the close on my new house, which would push our move-in date back after the weekend. Somehow Catherine, my lender, and the escrow company were able to use their connections to push my home through and close on it only a few hours after the sale of the other home went through. Everyone was amazed at what they were able to do in only a few hours so my family could move in as planned. She really will go the extra mile for her clients. I highly recommend her.
