ZillowVERIFIEDRating Cate as exceptional is an understatement. Despite our geographical challenges, Cate represented us very well when we could not be present. She communicated very well and always provided facts so we could make informed decisions. She knew how to coordinate with our builder so our needs were being met. She helped in explaining current and new processes of home buying so we understood all the widgets. Upon our arrival to Texas, we encountered additional challenges leading up to our closing date. One evening our vehicle died (dead motor kind of died) and we were stuck at the property with sensitive cargo and limited resources to travel to our hotel. Without regard for her personal affairs, she stayed with us and coordinated an extra vehicle to assist us with traveling to the hotel. This caused her to arrive home after 9 pm with both of her boys with her the whole time. She sacrificed a great deal to help us and we are forever in her debt for that. She went a step further and gifted us an initial pest treatment before we moved in. In closing, rating Cate as exceptional is an understatement. I have referred her services to two families and will continue to do so. Thank you for being an excellent agent for us Cate!! It was unique under the circumstances but we crossed the finish line.
