ZillowVERIFIEDI would have loved to give a great review but I can not. First meeting went well. Told her how much we wanted and that I had just taken a job out of town. She said everything right and after speaking with one other realtor I chose her. She promised to do a great job. She sent her husband and stager to the house and told us what to do. After working our tails off she said she would be there with the stager for final details. Stager showed up with her husband and not her. He was unable to answer any questions and seemed surprised I was concerned. This was less then two weeks before supposed open house, me leaving for new job cross country, and one week before my sons graduation. No pictures scheduled or any contracts signed. Next morning I received an email saying she was no longer interested in selling our house. Totally abandoned us at the last minute. After gaining my composure we found a new realtor who sold for full asking on first day ($950k) FYI, I was always polite and did everything she asked. Nice people but do Not recommend.
