About Cassie Shouse

I have had the pleasure of working in real estate in the Cedar Rapids area for more than 11 years. Real estate has become a passion of mine and I truly appreciate each and every person I get the opportunity to guide through the home buying and selling process. I am a 2011 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Journalism. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with high honors. I held various public relations, marketing, and journalism internships throughout college before joining the real estate world in 2011. I currently reside in Marion, IA with my husband, our 2 sons, and our dog. I grew up in NE Iowa in a small town and in my free time I enjoy watching and playing sports, traveling, boating, & spending time with friends and family.

Cassie failed to assist us in seeing a house with her. Cassie pushed back the date we could look at the house. After we gave her multiple times and days that worked for us. Even asked if anyone else on her team would be able to help out since she couldnt make any times work. She got greedy and denied to let her team help her or us out.

Cassie was not only extremely kind during the entire process, but she knew how to navigate the area and the people in it no matter where we were looking. She always shot straight and made sure that we knew exactly what we were looking at and what we should be thinking about. I cant recommend her enough. One highlight is when, on closing day, we found some unexpected water in the basement. She had a basement guy come and look at it within the hour aEUR" an absolute life saver.
