ZillowVERIFIEDWasnt very happy this time around. We had used them in the past with other sales. Our house sold supper quick and felt like there was a million other places they needed to be except at the house when things needed to be handled. There was a communication error that ended up effecting the closing of the house that should have been caught before hand costing us money to move stuff last minute instead of us getting money.

What a great experience! I was out of the country when I sold my house. So there were some hurdles to overcome. I started off with a realtor who was a nightmare. They cost me alot of time and money. Then I contacted Cassie and John, and what a different experience. THEY GET IT DONE! With great attitude and professionalism. After 3 months with the old realtor and nothing happening, Cassie got me an accepted offer in about a week. Helped with the logistics of the sale. Helped facilitate some aspects I wasn't available to do myself being I was 3000 mile away. Great people. Great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!!!

John And Cassie in my opinion are the best realtor ever. Me and My family lost are home in Feb 2015 and were living in a hotel till we could find a new place they help us find finance and close by April 20015. There were many unforeseen problems and the were there to help with everything from inspections to finding a mortgage broker i am now in my 5th house that I have bought and will never use anyone but John and Cassie

John and Cassie sold our home in West Brookfield. We moved out of state almost a month prior to the sale but never had a concern that everything would be handled professionally and unforeseen problems taken care of in our absence.
