Cassie Benson

I was born and raised in Mason so the Lansing area is close to my heart. After relocating back from Texas in 2014, the real estate industry was a perfect fit for me - what could be better than helping people with their biggest investment? Prior to becoming a REALTOR(R), I worked as a marketing coordinator for a successful agent. As a result, I am able to use my experience to effectively position a property to the marketplace. Having relocated myself, I have an intimate knowledge of relocation and BA loans. I am currently a member of the Rental Property Owners Association of Mid-Michigan (RPOAMM) and own and operate multiple investment properties. I enjoy helping and advising those who are real estate investors or interested in becoming one. I was also voted "Favorite REALTOR(R) by Top of the Town in 2018! When I am not working in the office or with my buyers and sellers, I love to spend time with my son Ryder, exploring the outdoors or relaxing in our family room. Some of my favorite places to be are at a local park, walking around Downtown Mason or with family on Lake Michigan. I also volunteer as a Big Sister through the local Big Brother Big Sister program. A fun fact about me is that I am ordained and known to perform marriage ceremonies for my clients. Now that's full service!
