I needed to sell my former home quickly. Cassandra walked me through the process in terms easy to understand and had answers to all the questions I had. I was surprised to hear that within the first day the property was listed, several showings were scheduled as well as several others in the days after. We had an offer within the two days. Although the first two prospective buyers backed out, Cassandra's persistence found us a suitable buyer more quickly than i could have imagined. I thought the property would sell in six months or more. Cassandra worked hard to get it done in less than half the time, from posting to closing. A closing, by the way, that was actually extended because of buyer/seller vacations. Cassandra kept in constant contact with us through the ups and down and provided valuable and sound advice. If I called, she answered the phone and if I texted, she responded promptly. She handled the all the negotiations and "small stuff" that I did not want to deal with, making the selling process easy and stress free.
