I am an older women, who has lived through some very challenging times in the past eighteen months and now had to sell her house and move across country. Tess guided me through the process of preparing the house for sale, listing it, and closing the sale. She provided me with people who could help me with repairs, painting, packing and debris removal. All were reasonably priced and reliable. She also provided me with the person who did the estate sale. I was doing all of this by myself and Tess was there to give me encouragement and the gentle push that I needed to keep going. She also guided me through all the inspections and legal documents needed to sell a property. I did my final packing and moved across country twelve days before the closing of the sale. Tess worked with the estate sales person to take care of the house and clean it out for the closing.
