Casey was an invaluable resource during my home buying journey. We worked together over a couple of years during really challenging market conditions. I was a picky buyer, and shopping from out of state. Casey was patient with my process and was able to advise me on different properties even when I couldn't make it down to look for myself. He was kind, supportive, and flexible and always willing to hike around a property with me and my partner. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt good about the house that I ultimately bought, and he was responsive and helpful during the closing process, sometimes calling or texting multiple times during the day to make sure that my questions were answered and needs were met. We were shopping for our first home and unable to be in the area for negotiations, inspections, etc. Kim was very helpful facilitating the process and stopping by to let the inspector in while we were away in the northeast. Kim guided us through the process, kept in close contact and answered our questions promptly (we had a million questions). She took phone calls from us at odd hours and worked with us as we considered our options throughout the transaction. We expected this process would be stressful and nearly impossible to find the right home but our experience was the opposite, this place is just what we were looking for.
