I have know Casey and the rest of the Samson family since childhood. When it was time to sell our house in Vienna I interviewed several realtors to understand market value, marketing efforts and their knowledge of the Vienna specific market. Casey and Kelly were extremely well prepared for our discussion with market figures and specific knowledge of how to market MY home. I was impressed---but the proof would be in the sale!They, Kelly and Casey, sold my house in the first weekend for the price they told me it was worth. Casey and Billy did an amazing job guiding us through the process. They were very helpful in providing us advice on what improvements needed to be made to increase our home's listing price. This gave us the greatest number of offerers to choose from. The only negative was we received so many requests for home visits, that it was hard to keep up!
