He patiently convinced me to implement substantial renovations, a wise decision that allowed me to get my sale price. Casey more than suggested the renovations, he worked very closely with the contractors in all phases, choosing the new kitchen countertops, sink, and recessed lighting. He was always available to answer my questions and carefully walked me through the showing and closing phases. He also went above and beyond by suggesting several moving companies for me. Casey ONeal was a fantastic help in the process of selling our fathers home.
