Casey Morse and team have continued the same great legacy of superb customer service one comes to expect in a community oriented area like Napa Valley, where plans, and careful decision making really count. Quality. Never did they try to mislead us, nor gamble with our money or future. They were always honest, upfront, expeditiously responsive, and even warned us of what might go wrong, and what would hopefully go right in our direction and decision making. We have sold and purchased a total of at least 4 homes with the Morse group, and we can't recommend them enough. They respond usually within minutes, compared to other agents who might move you to the back burner making one feel worried... They are fantastic... It's not just business, but we feel like friends now thanks to their handling of our real estate transactions and care for our outcome.
