Associate Broker <b/r> I am native to Hancock County having been raised in Penobscot and Ellsworth since birth. I'm a 1997 graduate of Ellsworth High School and currently reside in Ellsworth with my husband and 3 children. Shortly after I graduated from high school I began an 8 year career in management at Bangor Mall (owned/operated by Simon Property Group(R)) where I was the Office Administrator and handled the local Temporary/Seasonal Leasing Program.. After the birth of my 3rd child I chose to work closer to home and left the mall to work within the Operations Center at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in Ellsworth. One year into my employment there I decided that it was time to follow my dream and become a licensed Real Estate Agent. I come from a family that has strong real estate connections; my grandparents owned their own private real estate company in Bar Harbor and my aunt, uncle and cousin are real estate loan originators at various lending institutions.I was licensed in March, 2007 and between obtaining my license and August, 2011 I worked full-time at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust and worked with my buyer and seller clients well outside typical business hours. In September, 2011, I entered the Real Estate market full-time which provides added flexibility not only to my clients but to my family as well. I am invested in my clients and try to be available to them at anytime. I strive to make sure they get what they want by working closely with lenders, contractors and attorneys to get the job done as quickly as possible. I really enjoy working with first-time homebuyers; the smiles on their faces when handed the keys to their first home is priceless!
