It was a wild ride, with many surprising turns even for our realtor. But, Casey did a great job handling it all, including my temper when some truly unwelcome problems occurred. I had always thought myself mild mannered, but buying a house really brings out the worst in you. When I knew I had to sell my house and buy another I never knew how hard it would be. With many showings and then negotiations it can be overwhelming. But Casey stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. Keeping me calm was probably his biggest task but he remained calm thru the whole procedure and did follow-ups as well. Just when I thought things might look bleak his positive attitude and leadership went well beyond most efforts. This is what you need in this market today. I'm glad I had him thru this.
