For this transaction (our *third* with her), Cary did everything in her power to make our purchase as seamless, quick, and responsive as possible. Everything went according to plan--the curated listings, initial viewings, selection of property, calculating optimal offer, reciprocal communication with selling team, looping in title team, inspections and negotiation, final questions from our end, and a closing/settlement that took all of 10 minutes.
