I have been buying and selling properties for 30 years and I can honestly say I have never worked with an agent with Cary's level of knowledge and the sheer amount of drive Cary has to help with the right purchase, not just any purchase for a client, and get the sale closed. Cary is truly one of a kind- beyond smart, knows her business and her market. Her follow-through is beyond anything I have ever experienced with any other agent, ever. The deals we tried to work were very complicated requiring much more than the average level of research, calls to be made, information to gather, people to contact and more. Cary handled it all, I'm sure without any sleep at all on many nights, as truly, the level of work needing to be done to try to close any of the sales we attempted was way beyond the average amount of work that is usually done. She is very personable and responsive, fun with which to tour prospective homes, a bit of a detective, actually, when sizing up a house for sale, looking out for her clients' interests. It is more than evident that Cary is invested in her clients' search for a home. Without hesitation, I recommend Cary 1,000% to anyone looking for the most exceptional agent out there, bar none. My only wish is that I could use her for all the deals I try to do in various states! I truly am thankful to her.
