His knowledge of such matters saved me a surprise down the line and we were prepared to deal with it if needed (and we did).Cary also helped negotiate between two offers that came in at the same time to help maximize the selling price.Just a couple of examples of how he helped guide the entire process. There were many more. He exceeded all my expectations of what I was looking for in an agent.Added to that, the thing I appreciated most about him was his responsiveness. That is a pet peeve of mine when doing business with others. Cary personally answered every call or called me back within minutes if I had questions. Directly through his cell and not having to leave a message at a switchboard. Cary was recommended to me by a friend and it truned out that he had also done some transactions with some co-workers of mine a few years ago that I was not aware of before I reached out to him. Had a very bad experience buying with Cary Knight's team while buying a home this year. The agent from his team was completely clueless and didn't have any expertise in making contracts.
