He was able to provide objective feedback and advice to help guide us toward our house. Coming from California recently, we had an overly inflated value of housing, and Carter was the voice of reason that we needed to insure that we didn't overpay and get upside down on our house. This was particularly important, as the Dallas market was "on fire" with buyer activity with many sellers overvaluing their homes. Behind the scenes Jennifer Luthe was on top of all the "backstage" activities and was very quick to anticipate and complete tasks. She did a great job of supporting Carter, so he could be more focused on the needs of his customer.
