I contact Alysia on an evening due to a house I wanted so to see immediately. Despite the fact she was out of town on the beach enjoying a family vacation, she got me scheduled to see the home immediately and never hesitated to pull away from her family and get me in the house asap. She got me with a realtor she works closely with and I was able to get in there and look. I contacted her (Alysia) after leaving the home and she never blinked an eye to write my offer that same night (while taking time away from her family vacation) so I didnt miss the opportunity to buy this home. I had been looking at homes in this particular area for several years due to they are far few and between in this area. So it was so important to have someone who was so detonated to my family as Alysia was to get this offer in and give me her expertise when writing the offer despite the fact I was contacting her several times while she was on a family vacation. Each and everytime I spoke with her, she always answered the phone or immediately responded via text when I called or texted her and she on top of things at all times. Once my offer was accepted, she continued to be full hands on through the whole process even as she was returning home from vacation. She would use her hot spot or whatever was necessary to make sure this process and sale went through smoothly and successfully. I had lost out on 2 homes in the past due to a previous realtor putting off immediate action because they were shopping or didnt answer a call and was hours before they returned the call, and the second house they were late sending my offer in (the owner had a deadline to review offers) because they were at a family birthday party. Alysia, had my family at the top of her agenda at ALL TIMES no matter the circumstances. She was aware of the importance of this home to my family and was always so kind, patient, and always called to check on the process with all the parties involved. I never had to worry of something was being done or done correctly, I felt so at ease and never had to question anything throughout the process become she was always a step ahead of me. I cant say enough good things about Alysias work ethic, hard work, how passionate she is about her clients and making it happen on the home of their dreams. I always felt I was a high priority to her, and her only having 3 years under her belt in this business, you would have thought shed been doing this her whole life. Her knowledge, expertise, and her pure kindness and helpfulness just tops off all the good things I have to say about her. Not to mention, she was not my realtor at the time but I was discouraged after my past realtor failed me twice and in a panic to see this home, I called Alysia, we werent close friends, I had known her from back in our high school days and she never once hesitated to take me on as a client even though I had previously told her way back I'm a complicated client. I knew what I wanted, where I wanted, and how I wanted things done. That never intimidated her, she never questioned me and took me as a client like a CHAMP! Let me tell you, if you are looking for a first time realtor, a new realtor becaise you are not happy with your current one, this is your girl right here! I couldnt be any happier with her professionalism, friendliness, and the way she welcomed me into her world as a client, just as of we had been best friends since childhood. Alysia is a ROCKSTAR and if you havent worked with her, you better grab her now. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I have been in the rental business for many years so buying and selling houses, as well as renting homes is nothing new to me and this lady right here is amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone out there.
