Amazing experience from beginning to end. Tim and Carrie were referred to us by our lender as we had not found a realtor yet. The first time we went to their office, they had an entire presentation about every step of the VA loan process. Tim and Carrie knew the VA loan in and out and explained to us in detail the process of using a VA loan, worked with our lender, knew exactly what we wanted in a home and didn't try to upsell us, answered our million questions about the VA loan, how to buy a home, the inspection and appraisal process, property taxes, etc, and found us the best house for our family. They were always available to answer questions amd we could not have asked for a better team.
