5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2013. I knew I wanted a career that involved helping people, I just was not sure what that career would be. I came to realize through my own personal experience of being a scared first time home buyer, purchasing or selling a home can be a very stressful and daunting experience. It is one of, if not the biggest, financial decision a person will make in their lifetime. Having a professional like me on your side who not only understands real estate, but also understands people can make the process much more streamlined and worry free!
1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I am here to help you! It is a Realtor's job to understand the buying process, to help guide you through the documents, and ease your worry. You may feel like you will never find the right house, but be patient with the process. You will be glad you did!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Just as I am here to help someone buy a home, I am here to help you get your home sold! Between marketing, staging, and negotiating, I will do all that I can to advertise and sell your home as quickly as possible, with the highest possible return. If you are open with me about your expectations, I will work to make them happen.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time home buyers, seasoned buyers, investors, relocating families, renters... I work with them all!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a home to a couple who were eagerly searching for their first home. They wanted more space for their little boy and new dog. We spent months viewing houses that just didn't quite fit their style. When we finally found "the one" we jumped on it. It was as if everything fell into place. The transaction was a breeze! They continue to send me pictures of ways they have decorated the home to really make it theirs. I love being able to share in all the excitement!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I believe my Psychology degree and multiple years in customer service/sales greatly benefit my clients. I understand people and my ultimate goal is to have a satisfied client. If you are not happy, I am not happy.
