My ancestors came to Colorado in the 1860's from the east coast to seek their fortunes and never left! I was raised in Denver, attended Cherry Creek High School and have a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I have lived in the area since 2000. In 2004 I got my real estate license and started my real estate career right here in beautiful Grand County. I absolutely love my job! I love meeting new people, marketing my listings and the challenging yet rewarding nature of real estate. I have served on the board of Directors for the Kremmling Chamber of Commerce, the Grand County Tourism Board and on the board of Directors for the Grand County Board of Realtors. Carrie was very helpful, professional, and friendly. My husband and I were first time home buyers and were pretty clueless about the process. She kindly walked us through it and spent as much time as we needed to look at various houses around the area. Carrie was fantastic to work with! My husband and I decided, VERY last minute, that we wanted to sell our home when moving out of state instead of renting it. Carrie was incredible, she had professional photos taken and within two days of meeting with her our listing was up and active! Not only did she keep us updated every step of the way, she took time to visit the property and make sure it was properly cleaned and cared for while we were no longer local to do so ourselves! From listing to close was 4 months and a total breeze! We cannot recommend her enough!
