1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I always set a buyers conference before looking at homes to explain the whole process so that there are not surprises.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When looking at a home I try to see what the buyer would see. I give advice on what and how to stage and the minimum updates that will give the seller the most back for the money.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all clients.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
There are too many to talk about. I have become friends with so many of my past clients and stay in contract with most.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
By true accident. My mother in law was selling her fathers house and had a bad experience. She talked me into getting my license that same year. That was 16 years ago now.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have all of my Relocation certificates. Which includes VA, Cartus, and many more.
