I am a Rye, New Hampshire-based real estate agent who has lived on the New Hampshire coast for many years. I love this beautiful area and my enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, this region has greatly enhanced my ability to sell homes here. In fact, my entire career has been built around everything related to the home, from pets to lifestyle to the homes themselves. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from the University of New Hampshire and my Master's Degree from Southern New Hampshire University. I then went on to work as the Event Manager at the Whittemore Center at UNH and later became an adjust professor there, teaching Festivals & Events within the Recreation Management & Policy Department. However, a love of real estate was in my DNA. My family owned Barron Real Estate in Salem, New Hampshire for many years. I bought my first property at age 25. It was very satisfying to have my own home and I was intrigued by the entire buying and selling process. I knew that some day, I would enter the world of real estate. Four generations of Barron's have launched their own businesses and I have inherited that entrepreneurial gene. After leaving UNH, I took my first foray into being self-employed when I started a pet-sitting business. I have always loved animals and discovered there was a real need in the Seacoast for people who could take care of pets while their owners were at work or away. I used social media to spread the word and in no time had a highly successful venture. During this time I launched another enterprise, New England Expos. New England Expos produced highly successful home and garden tradeshows. After much thought I decided it was time to pursue real estate. I sold my pet-sitting business to a local competitor and sold New England Expos to a $150 million dollar company. My partner Ryan and I own seven properties, six of which are now investment rentals located in Boston, Chatham Massachusetts, Newmarket New Hampshire, and Portsmouth New Hampshire. With so much experience in other aspects of the home business, it was a natural progression to turn to real estate for the next chapter. I am very proud to be a part of the area's premier independently owned real estate firm. I look forward to the opportunity to assist clients in buying and selling here in the beautiful NH Seacoast.
