We met Julie at an open house months ago and what I liked about her was she met us where we were. She quickly figured out that we were a bit more experienced with real estate and we had a great discussion about the market conditions and issues with insurance in the east county where we were looking. My wide and I were looking a Zillow every day like everyone else and finally saw a house we wanted. I decided to call Julie and she immediately, got us into the property for a viewing. This is important because it's very competitive out there and if you find something you like you have to be ready to jump on it. We decided on the way home to write an offer and Julie again was right there ready to prepare the documents and deliver the offer quickly. Long story short, we got the house and had Julie to guide us through every step. Our experience was so positive that we then hired her to sell our old house and again, Julie was on top of everything. We got a great price for our old house in part due to her ideas for making it look more appealing that didn't cost much to do. There are lots of Realtors out there and I'm sure many good ones. Know that Julie is one of them. She knows what to do, buying or selling and she there when you need her.
