Carolyn was referred to me through a mortgage broker, who provided two other realtors. I conducted brief intro calls with each of the three. Carolyn immediately understood my needs, provided just the right description of her background and process, and made me feel comfortable that she understood what we were seeking, even though we weren't even quite certain. Carolyn and I conducted two additional meetings and, each time, she remembered points discussed prior and each time she helped me better focus my search. She provided guidance, not opinions. And, indeed, she helped us find our dream home that day!
