While searching on websites for a place beachside, Carolyns name popped up as an interested local realtor. I'm a first time homebuyer and had no idea what I was doing. Carolyn got me in touch with a lender to help figure out my budget, what I could reasonably afford, and we started the hunt. ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were looking for a home long distance on the beach side. Carolyn Smith was great. She would drive and video neighborhoods and homes for us so we could get a better feel since we were not familiar with the area. Carolyn was very patient with me. She got a good feel for what we were looking for. She would steer us away from places even though they looked good online, she would let us know the real horror story. Carolyn was available day and night and weekends, even holidays! I would send a message in the middle of the night and early in the morning because that is when I thought of it and she was answering within minutes! She and Jen made the closing very smooth. They were a one stop shop for hooking us up with mortgage and insurance people, etc. if we needed. She is very informative of the process and the area. Carolyn gave us great leads on maintenance people and places to eat and visit. When you sign up with them, you get on their list and you get a summary of the weekend happenings in the area. It helped me fall in love with the area. There is so much more than just the beach. Thanks Carolyn and Jen.
