Carolyn guided us through staging, marketed out home, and within two months we had multiple showings and an offer. We were so pleased with her, we asked her to represent us on the purchase of our new home. It was like having a lawyer and a realtor wrapped into one, she fought for us and didnt back down when the seller was no longer providing us with what we thought we were getting. In the end, we got what we wanted, and closed in a timely manner. It was then no surprise that we called upon her 10 years later when it was time to sell that home due to a job transfer.
