I am a fourth-generation Tampa native and a 18-year resident of Westchase with a B.A. in Communication/Advertising from Florida State University. After 15 years in corporate event marketing and several successful income-producing real estate investments, I combined my expert presentation, negotiation and sales skills with my passion for real estate. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Before viewing properties, I strongly recommend meeting with an experienced, local lender who can answer all of your home loan questions, identify a comfortable home-buying budget and provide a pre-approval letter which will allow you to act quickly when we find "the one".
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The first 14-21 days on market on are key to your success. Prior to listing, there are many items which must be addressed to ensure that savvy Buyers choose to view your home AND write an offer. A home that is professionally pre-inspected, properly priced, and beautifully staged and photographed will stand out from the rest.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of working with Buyers and Sellers across all categories of homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently, I represented Sellers who were experiencing a family crisis. The sale of their longtime home was necessary to alleviate financial stress. It was an honor to assist them in a successful home sale, handling all of the important details, which allowed them to focus on their family.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I became a Realtor in January 2010 when I returned to the workforce following time off with my young children. My husband is a Senior Loan Officer with a large mortgage bank. My mother-in-law has been a real estate Broker for over 40 years. Real estate is in our blood!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
