Worst experience of our lives we lost money because of her sir she would not call us back she would not tell us truthful things about the problems we were having. She made excuses up.. She would promise to get back with us and not do it. She knew that we lost money because of the buyers basically basically squatting in our home And try not one bit to help get our money back we were out a couple $1000 because of her negligence. Put your own house up for sale definitely don't go with this reality company. Even though the people in the office were very helpful she needs to give them her 6 and a 1/2 percent. We paid this woman $10500 for nothing my husband spent hours and hours on the phone to the banks and the title companies because she just would not do it. Horrible realtor she needs to retire! If it would have been me I would've offered At least half of my fee for all the problems that we went through. The the buyers got their money she got her money we got ripped off we lost almost $30000 on our home . I can't stress enough do not go with this woman! She sold a couple houses down the street and we all agreed on the same thing she should not be out there selling people's homes. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
