Carolyn Fox has lived in Carlsbad, California for over 35 years. Originally from " upstateaEUR? New York, she grew up following around her dad, learning how to do build things. Her first venture into real estate was a tree house complete with stairs, roof, screened walls and a door! Today she focuses on more traditional housing throughout San Diego. Before becoming a Realtor, Ms. Fox worked for a diverse range of organizations, including large corporations, small business startups and non-profits. Her diverse background includes experience in appraising, new home development, HUD 203K First Time Home Buyer's programs, REO property acquisition and rehabilitation, customer service and communication.
