In preparing to sell our house, I interviewed some of the top firms/agents in the area. I decided to go with Carolyn because she was extremely prepared and enthusiastic, she had relationships with builders, and she had a great knowledge of the area. It turned out that I definitely made the right choice. Because I currently live out of the state, Carolyn was really helpful in coordinating work to be done on the house and researching some zoning issues prior to listing the house. Through her experience she has trustworthy vendors for any type of work, and this was a huge help in easing the burden on me as she helped to coordinate that work. She was able to show builders the house first to gauge interest, and then she aggressively finished the marketing work and got the house listed much more quickly than I thought could happen. She coordinated with the buyer and lawyers very well, gave me great advice, and we closed without a hitch.
