Carolyn is amazing and excellent to work with!! Being out of town made it difficult to me to handle some of the issues that come up but having Carolyn there was like having an extra family member there to help me. She constantly went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. I can't thank her enough. I really appreciate it!!

Carolyn help us to find and buy exactly the house we were looking for!! As out of state buyers who couldn't travel back and forth in the crazy market to buy a house, Carolyn helped guid us toward houses and areas that fit our criteria. She took the time to FaceTime us, sometimes several times a day, and walk us through houses. She pointed out things we couldn't see through video and gave us expert advice about neighborhoods and other unseen attributes of houses that only an expert local agent could. She's continued to be indispensable to us as newcomers, guiding us to goods, services, and super fun activities in our first year in the area. She's absolutely the best!!
