I contacted and spoke with Carolyn letting her know what I want to buy and that Im ready when I find the right property. She passed me off to one of her buyers agents. I spoke with that Agent and gave him my criteria and asked him to get back to me when he can with recommended properties. He never got back to me and its been weeks. I emailed him asking if he is still interested in working with me, never got a response. I called Carolyn to see if she could help me or had someone else that could. A receptionist took my message and I have never heard form Carolyn since and its been another week. Horrible service.

I'm glad they got it sold but they were bringing me some ridiculously low offers. At times I felt like they were advocating for the buyer instead of the seller. I was to get a rebate for the propane left and I don't know how they figured it but were only going to give me half of what the value was in the tank. I would think they could clearly see what the gauge was reading. I had to send them documentation on that.
