Carolyn was amazing. This was my first home purchase and first experience shopping for a house. She led the way and taught me a lot about the things to look for and kept my best interest in mind. She set up everything for me and I didn't have to do much other than tell her what I wanted and needed and let her go to work. She worked AROUND the clock for me day and night. If I needed her, she didn't care what time it was, she was available for me. With me having a hectic schedule this took a ton of pressure off of me. If you want a realtor that is going to go to bat for you, Carolyn is it. Dealing with the other realtors and negotiations can be tricky and frustrating but Carolyn will go in with your best interest in mind, not hers. Carolyn was very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She was on top of everything and communicated very well with us so we never had to worry! The electronic signing options and electronic lock box made things very convenient. We felt like we got a top-notch agent for a fraction of the price! Her low listing commission saved us over $6000! 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

When you're ready to hire a pro, check online reviews. Ask if they are a full time or part time agent, how many sales they had last year, will they answer their phones every time you call them like I do? I am a full time agent and real estate is my only source of income. BUYERS: I recommend you select one agent to work with as we all have access to the same MLS system and properties. Make sure they don't charge you ANY fee. The service to you should be completely free!

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

When you're ready to hire a pro, check online reviews. Ask if they are a full time or part time agent, how many sales they had last year, will they answer their phones every time you call them like I do? I am a full time agent and real estate is my only source of income. SELLERS: ask about fees and commission! I charge only 4% NEVER 6%! Many agents will over-promise and under deliver! Make sure the agent uses a professional photographer and has fantastic marketing! Ask if they have an easy cancellation policy like I do! My listings sell fast and for top dollar. Call me and consider it SOLD.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

All types of people, situations and all price ranges!

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I have so many success stories!!! I could have more, but I seldom ask for feedback after a sale. Here's one I received via email today (March 1, 2017): "Thank you for having the wisdom to set the price higher than the other two agents I interviewed and to have the business savvy to reduce your commission and gain it back on volume. I would be very happy to recommend or provide a testimony to your professionalism anytime you want."

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I have always loved real estate. My father is a retired real estate agent and so are my 2 sisters!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I am constantly learning by taking classes and reading about real estate. Each day and each sale teaches me something. I have sold over 120 homes since 2012. And if I don't know the answer to a question/issue, I will find the answer. I am very resourceful. I have a degree in Paralegal Studies. My listings sell fast and for top dollar. Call me and consider it SOLD.
