ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I met Carolyn and Steve about two years ago when we were starting to get ready to figure out buying a house. The first meeting was about an hour long and they brought us through the process, telling us what to expect, figuring out what we needed/wanted and getting us a referral for financing. At that time I was turning my mountain of student loans into a mole hill and we took about 18 months before we were where we wanted to be. Once we got there my wife reconnected with Carolyn and she still knew what we needed/wanted in a house so we started looking. She found us the perfect place in a much better area than I thought we could afford. We were looking in towns/cities that were increasing about 2-3%/year. Carolyn got us into a town that is increasing around 8-9%/year....over thirty years the difference is astronomical!!!! Carolyn/Steve were always very quick to respond and kept us informed with what was going in. To me responding is sort of basic and any realtor will do. Where these guys really stand out from the pack is negotiating. We were in a multiple offer situation at a time where that usually means throwing money at it. Carolyn was able to handle the sellers agent very effectively and our offer was chosen over two others. I would absolutely recommend these two!
